Autumn Trends.

I’d love to tell you I’m not ready for Autumn but to be perfectly honest, I’m so ready!

I’ve already seen leaves and conkers falling in my local park this week and a rush of chill In the air got me thinking about what’s going to be on trend this Fall, lets get stuck in with some predictions:

This October, my family and I are off to find Autumn Sunshine and what excites me greatly is that, my holiday colour this year is going to go totally away from the grain - Take Root is where its at for me, the new collection from CND (Dynamic Duality) contains the most perfect shades for this change in season. (See photo attached)

Another firm favourite I’ve seen so much on social media is Plantbound, the most rich pigmented creme green which works so well as a French tip. I know this is going to be super popular this fall. If you don’t fancy trying a French, why not add chrome or iridescent foils, a really effective addition.

Think outside the box and add in some deep navy, a highly pigmented and glossy colour that will match with that chunky knit just perfectly - think High Waisted Jeans by CND.

Moving onto the classics, they always make a popular comeback, rusty reds, deep tones oranges and the yearly celebration of an Espresso inspired fall manicure will always be a highly requested option - a few suggestions here would be Wildfire, Maple Leaves, Bday candle and Leather Goods.

Don’t forget your minimal nail art too, nothing spices a neutral fall manicure up more than when you add minimal additions, foils and stamps. Mauve - Morphosis would be ideal!

I almost forgot, the glossy black! Blackpool never fails, always the colour to get the compliments and always the colour to match - with everything!

Nothing hits Autumn more than earth inspired manicures & I for one are ready for jumpers, my daily coffee hit and a good cosy afternoon, just let me get this sunshine holiday done first!

Enjoy the season 🎃

Where’s the fun gone?

Has the clean girl aesthetic gone too far?

The recent clean girl aesthetic on social media has overshadowed the real stories and unique personalities of many in the industry. With a flood of beige, perfectly arranged posts, brands now focus only on these dull accounts, ignoring the colorful, relatable content that truly connects with audiences.

Where did the genuine moments that show authenticity go?

I believe in staying relatable, and that won't change.

Let’s move away from the bland aesthetic and add some color to our feeds!

Embracing a vibrant and authentic look not only celebrates our individuality but also revitalizes our community.
